Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

The short version: your dreams belong to you. Not us. Success Focused is built local-first. Your page (your affirmation, goals, vision, people, routine, and notes) is stored on your device and, if you subscribe to Success+, in your own iCloud account. We do not have servers that store your content, we do not have accounts, and we cannot see what you write.

What we don't collect

• No account or sign-up. We never ask for your email, phone number, or identity.
• No analytics or advertising trackers, no ad SDKs, no fingerprinting.
• No access to your content. Your page never touches a server we control, with one exception you create yourself: content you intentionally include in a private share (see "Private sharing" below).

Where your data lives

• On your device. Everything works fully offline.
• In your iCloud (Success+). If you subscribe, your page's text syncs through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store, encrypted and managed by Apple within your own Apple account. Your vision photo never leaves your device unless you intentionally include it in a private share.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to validate purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase records and an anonymous app-generated identifier, never your name, email, or page content. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

The Success Guide

The Success Guide is an optional guided interview inside the app that helps you write your own vision, affirmation, and other sections in your own words. It is off until you choose it, and it asks for your consent before the first conversation.

• How it thinks: the Guide uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. While you talk, your words are processed in the cloud to generate the Guide's questions and drafts, then forgotten.
• What we keep: nothing. Our relay server passes your words through and retains nothing: no logs, no copies, no analytics on content. Your words are not used to train AI models.
• What stays with you: your conversations, drafts, and everything the Guide remembers live only on your device. You can view and delete all of it anytime in the app (bell icon, The Guide), including one button that deletes everything the Guide knows.
• Our covenant: we relay. We do not read, store, or train.

Private sharing

You can share selected parts of your page with someone you choose, through a private link. This is entirely optional, and nothing is ever shared unless you select it, preview it, and confirm it.

• You choose every section. Only what you select travels. Everything else stays on your device, and your conversations with the Guide are never shareable at all.
• We store only what you approved, encrypted in transit and at rest, so the person you sent it to can view it. We do not read it, analyze it, index it, use it for training or advertising, or share it with anyone else. Share links are private, unguessable, and excluded from search engines.
• Recordings stay on your device unless you intentionally include one in a private share. Including a recording always asks you separately before anything is uploaded.
• Your vision photo, if you include it, is shared as a copy with location information removed. The original on your device is untouched.
• You can turn any share off at any time from Settings. Turning it off deletes the stored copy, including any image or recording. It cannot recall anything a recipient already saved or forwarded, so share only with people you trust.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They are never sent from a server, and the words they contain (like your affirmation) never leave your phone.

Your control

• Deleting the app deletes all local data.
• You can disable iCloud for the app in iOS Settings to remove synced data from iCloud.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store settings.

Children

Success Focused is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Because we collect nothing, changes will be rare.
