By downloading or using Success Focused (the "App"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The App
Success Focused is a personal daily-ritual app. The core experience (your page, affirmation, goal, vision, people, routine, notes, and reminders) is free.
Success+ subscription
- Plans: $9.99/month or $69.99/year (prices may vary by region; the App Store shows your exact price).
- Free trial: the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Founding price: your subscription price stays at the price you first subscribed at for as long as your subscription remains active, even if prices rise for new subscribers.
- What's included: iCloud backup and sync of your page's text across your devices, plus every future Success+ feature we release.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We'll always point you in the right direction. See Support.
Your content
Everything you write in the App is yours. It lives on your device (and your iCloud, if you subscribe). We claim no rights to it and have no access to it.
Acceptable use
Use the App only as permitted by law and these terms. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its services.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is." It is a tool for personal focus and motivation, not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
