Common questions
- Where is my data? On your device — and in your own iCloud if you subscribe to Success+. We can't see it, ever.
- New phone? Install the app and sign into the same iCloud account; your page's text returns. (Your vision photo stays on the original device by design — re-add it once.)
- Manage or cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Success Focused. Cancelling during a free trial means you pay nothing.
- Refunds: Apple handles all payments — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.
- Restore purchases: in the app, open the bell icon → Success+ → Restore Purchases.
- Notifications not arriving? iPhone Settings → Notifications → Success Focused → Allow Notifications; then in the app, bell icon → Nudges on.
